Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation cancellations made more than 4 days in advance of the commencement of the tour are eligible for a full refund.
  • Reservation cancellations made between 4 days and 48 hours in advance of the commencement of the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Reservation cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance of the commencement of the tour are not eligible for refund.
  • No-shows will not receive a refund and will be charged the full cost of the tour.
  • Tour cancellation based on safety issues related to inclement weather or other factors are at the sole discretion of Vino Vans LLC. If the tour has not yet commenced, and is canceled for these reasons, customers will receive a full refund.

Weather, Traffic and Acts of God

Vino Vans LLC will not be liable for delays caused by elements of the natural world, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, social unrest, war, accidents. breakdowns, bad road conditions, or other conditions beyond its control.

Time variations due to the conditions listed in the previous paragraph may occur and are outside the control of Vino Vans LLC, and Vino Vans LLC is not responsible for late returns. The customer’s safety and laws of the State of New Mexico will not be compromised for a timely return.

Tour Guide’s Instructions

For the safety of the passengers, the tour guide reserves the right to abort the tour in the event passengers do not obey the guide’s warnings and guidelines. There will be no reimbursement of money paid if the tour is aborted.

Refunds

In order to receive a qualifying refund, you must submit a refund request to Vino Vans via vinovansnm2gmail.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the policy outlined in the previous paragraph. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at vinovansnm@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a booked tour date for the same tour on a different date, send us an email at vinovansnm@gmail.com. Booked tour dates may only be exchanged 4 days or more before the original booked date. You may not exvhange a tour date for a booked date that has already passed.
